Michael Monroe joined the Orphan Outreach team as President in September 2025.

Amy and I have been connected to Orphan Outreach since its beginning. For nearly two decades, we have marveled at how God has used this ministry to change lives and transform futures forever. It is a privilege to now join this global team of passionate and committed men and women dedicated to caring for vulnerable children and families in transformative and lasting ways. We are humbled by this opportunity and excited about this new chapter for us and for Orphan Outreach.
