The Heart Behind Our Work
At CadaNiño, ministry doesn't stop at the doors of our community centers; it begins there and continues into the homes and hearts of the families we serve. Home visits allow us to see what no report or classroom interaction could reveal. They remind families that they are seen, known, and loved, not just by us, but by a God who loves them. When we sit with them in their homes, we don't just assess their needs or offer help...we share life...we share faith...and we share hope.
We've been called a lifeboat in our community—and that's what we try to be. We provide meals, educational support, and counseling for children and their families. But more than anything, we build relationships. We know every child's story, every celebration and heartache. The love of Christ is our foundation, and that love changes us all. At the CCC, we're building belonging.
Our Programs
Community Outreach Center in Chimaltenango
At the CCC, children find a place designed for them. Little ones explore through Montessori learning, while elementary students get after-school homework help. Older students receive support through high school. Every child enjoys hot meals, tutoring, counseling, Bible study and mentoring.
Community Outreach Center of Santiago
In Santiago, young people are finding their future at the CCS. Secondary students gain Gospel-centered education, technology skills that open new doors, and support that keeps them in school. Elementary students receive tutoring and nutritious meals.
Montessori Santa Catarina Pinula
In Santa Catarina Pinula, children ages 3-6 experience hands-on Montessori learning that sparks curiosity. Each day offers hot meals, caring guidance, and social skills training. Their parents also receive guidance to support their children.
University Scholarship Program
The University Scholarship Program turns distant dreams into reality. Graduates from Orphan Outreach’s community programs are becoming the first in their families to pursue higher education, changing their futures and rewriting what’s possible for their families.
Graduate Program
The Graduate Program provides young adults transitioning from foster or orphan care with people who believe in them. Through mentorship and guidance, participants build relationships and skills for healthy independent lives—a safety net helping them develop connections and a foundation for their future.
Homes for Homes
Through Homes for Homes, families in Cerro de Oro who once faced housing insecurity now have stable homes—a safe place to grow together and dream about tomorrow.
Tebow Down Guatemala
At Tebow Down Guatemala, children with Down Syndrome and developmental differences receive personalized care in Guatemala City and four other communities. Families learn intervention strategies while children access therapeutic support, specialized education, and adaptive programs.
CadaNiño
At CadaNiño, children from vulnerable Guatemala City neighborhoods discover what they’re capable of. In this safe space, students dive into STEM training, get tutoring from mentors, enjoy snacks, explore their faith, and learn to give back to their communities.

Most children who start elementary school never finish. Girls in rural areas face the biggest challenges, making up most of the 2 million children not in school.
Families in Poverty
Poverty keeps kids out of the classroom, with many expected to work. In rural areas, children typically get only four years of education compared to six elsewhere.
Can’t Read at Grade Level
Even when children attend, many aren’t learning. Nearly half of all teenagers drop out of school — in regions like Lake Atitlan, that number jumps to 61%.
Suffer Severe Malnutrition
With 3 million people lacking enough food, hunger makes it nearly impossible to learn, affecting concentration, attendance, and the ability to keep up.
